You are an easy target in the Air if spotted and Parachuting in isnt easy either, so i mostly just stick to staff lobby or waste disposal as exits. My entrances are always security Tunnel as Gruppe 6 or Sewer Tunnel on Aggressive, so no choices there xD There is plenty of Video guides on Obtaining all Entrances for the Heist, just google it.
Your teammates might abandon your heist once they realize your arcade is in paleto bay. The amount of time it takes to drive to the casino from there kills the chance of earning the elite challenge (15min). In a stockade (big con) it takes forever. Travel time at the begging does not impact elite challenge timer.
I've done all the prep missions for the heist, I'm doing the big con approach obviously and the only entre disguise that I did the mission for was the gruppe sechs one, and when I want to start the heist it doesn't let me change anything, I can cycle through the buyers and exit options but it doesn't let me select them, I put it on high level buyer and it just goes back to low level and for
